The 41st annual Palmer Township Community Weekend event will be held this year from Wednesday, August 13th through Sunday, August 17th. Community Weekend is the social event of the year in Palmer Township, where families, friends and neighbors, young and old, come together for fun-filled days and nights of food, rides, music and much more! There is a special feeling each and every year, and that feeling is COMMUNITY.
This beloved tradition, spanning over 40 years, brings neighbors, families, and friends together to enjoy fun, food, and entertainment. This year, we’re excited to debut a cutting-edge 6.6 x 13 ft LED Video Wall as a stunning display showcasing sponsor advertisements alongside community posts, event schedules, and more. Your sponsorship ensures that your message stands out while supporting this vibrant community event.
As a sponsor, your business will receive prominent visibility through our website, social media, event banners, and the November Newsletter. With multiple sponsorship levels available, including opportunities for exclusive recognition and premium ad placements, this program is designed to maximize your impact and demonstrate your commitment to the Palmer community. Sponsors of our headlining bands will also have the opportunity to advertise in our sponsor tent on the night your sponsored band is performing.
We are thrilled to offer a unique and affordable opportunity for community members and families to showcase their Palmer Pride during Community Days! As an individual sponsor, you can submit a personalized 8-10 second message to be displayed on the LED Video Wall. Whether it’s a special shout-out, birthday wish, or even a surprise proposal, your message will light up the event and create lasting memories.
Your message will be displayed once per playlist rotation. While we cannot guarantee the exact timing, your content will be featured prominently, allowing you to connect with the community in a fun and meaningful way. For just $50-$75, you can participate and make your mark on this special event. Spots are limited, so act quickly!
