Palmer Township Community Weekend is more than just an event—it is a celebration of everything that makes our community special.
Every August, Fairview Park comes alive with the sights, sounds, and excitement of one of Palmer Township’s favorite traditions. Families, friends, and neighbors gather to enjoy four days of live entertainment, delicious food, exciting rides, community activities, and unforgettable memories.
Whether you are visiting for the first time or have been attending for years, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The fun begins before Community Weekend officially starts. Join us for a free family movie under the stars. Arrive early for a special character visit, face painting, popcorn, snow cones, water, and plenty of family fun before the movie begins.
From exciting thrill rides to kid-friendly attractions, the midway has something for every age. Challenge your friends at classic carnival games, enjoy your favorite treats, and create lasting family memories.
Our main stage will feature an outstanding lineup of live music throughout the weekend, including:
Guests can also enjoy performances by Dream...Believe...Dance, music trivia, Music Bingo, the Fantasha Dancers, Zumba with Lisa Gudzinas and additional entertainment throughout the weekend.
Community Weekend offers much more than rides and music. Family-friendly activities are scheduled throughout the event, including:
Come hungry. Local nonprofit organizations will be serving festival favorites, including savory meals, snacks, desserts, and sweet treats. Purchases help support local organizations and community programs.
Palmer Township Community Weekend is about bringing people together. Whether you are reconnecting with old friends, meeting new neighbors, or simply enjoying a summer evening in the park, you will experience the welcoming spirit that makes Palmer Township such a wonderful place to call home.
No Community Weekend would be complete without our spectacular fireworks display on Saturday evening. Gather with family and friends as the night sky lights up over Fairview Park.
We cannot wait to welcome you to Fairview Park for four unforgettable days of fun, entertainment, and community spirit. Come make memories with us at Palmer Township Community Weekend 2026.
