Charles Chrin Community Center Park

The Charles Chrin Community Center Park is located on Green Pond Rd. just west of the Palmer School.  This as a 32 acre park with the center of attraction being the Charles Chrin Community Center which is the hub of indoor recreation in the township.  The center has its own website and can be found by clicking here.

At the bottom of this page is a layout that shows what other features are planned for the Community Center Park site.

Another feature of the park is the Pierce Memorial Gardens which was built by the township with funds form a gift to honor Pat "Peggy Lynn" Pierce who was a long time resident of Palmer Township.  Below is the plan of the garden and pictures of the garden after it was constructed.

The park is also the proud host to the Miracle League of Northampton Country's Easton Rotary Field.  This is a barrier free baseball field specifically designed for children with intellectual and physical disabilities.  This regional facility was built and funded by a non-profit organization, The Miracle League of Northampton County.  For more information on this organization visit their website.
